The primary suite includes a Queen sized bed and 40" TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed with 32" TV, and the last guest bedroom has two Twin beds. The second upstairs bathroom features a full bath with a tub and shower combination. A convenient half-bath with a single sink is located downstairs.
The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a 60" TV. Adjacent to it is the dining area with seating for four. The kitchen offers ample counter space and includes a wine fridge.
Enjoy two patios: one off the living room with lounge seating overlooking the greenbelt and just steps to the heated community pool, and another enclosed patio off the dining area, featuring additional seating and a BBQ grill.
