• No Pets: We maintain a strict no-pet policy.
• Smoking, including medical cannabis, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
• Pool Rules: Swim at your own risk. The pool is available only during the summer and is not heated. Weekly pool maintenance is provided, but occasional debris may still be present due to surrounding trees to ensure the pool is clean and properly treated, we perform maintenance before each check-in. This is a natural occurrence beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Please note that complaints regarding this issue will not be accepted.

Additional Notes
• Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages sent outside this timeframe will be addressed the following day. Thank you for understanding.
• To ensure the pool water remains clean and treated, we have weekly pool maintenance. Despite these efforts, leaves may occasionally fall into the pool as the property is surrounded by trees.
• Pool Floor Notice: The pool floor is stained due to the chemicals used during regular maintenance.
• For long-term stays, an additional agreement will need to be signed outside the platform.
