Other activities around the area include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Two dogs up to 40lbs each welcome, non-refundable dog fee ($150/each) & pre-registration is required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

I never received a code to get into the condo. After trying for almost an hour in the hot hallway to get in touch with/put on hold via the phone number provided, they finally gave me the master key code. The condo has very bare minimum necessities. We were only given 4 towels & 4 washcloths to use for 4 people on a 5 day stay. No garbage bags, no paper towels, only 1 extra blanket and very thin covers. Be prepared to buy absolutely everything. The funniest part was as we were packing the car to leave (before checkout) we took the most down first and then we went back up to get our cooler full of food and packs of drinks. And apparently while we were loading the car, the cleaning crew had come in and only taken all of our food and drinks. We seen them loading it into their Toyota truck from the top balcony after we realized and started looking for who could have come and taken it that fast. I did love the balcony and beach access but will not book again.
