This beautiful property is just across the street from the water. Kayaks are available and guests can inquire with Atwood Marina about renting a boat. Flat screen TV's in living room and each of the three bedrooms. Enjoy a bonfire after a day on the water; bring your own wood.
You can use our 4-seater golf cart during your stay. (May-Oct. 15)

Bedroom #2: King Bed (upstairs)
Bedroom #3: 1 full bed and 1 twin over twin kid sized bunk bed (upstairs)
2 BATHROOMS
Bathroom #1 on main level: Full Bath with tub/shower attached to Bedroom #1.
Bathroom #2 on main level: Full Bath with tub/shower
Our home has well water with a filter system. However, you may want to bring bottled water for drinking.
Pets: Allowed. Please be courteous and clean up any messes your dog makes outside! Pets must be registered. $50 pet fee.
Smoking: Not allowed inside the house.
Guest access: You can access every part of the property. Everything you see is available for you to use.
Docks: Guests do not have access to docks. You are not permitted to dock your boat at the dock or open slip. They are privately owned.
Please note: Our property is located in a rural, wooded area around water and although we have regular pest control maintenance, we do sometimes get bugs.
Exterior security cameras on property. We have 2 ring camera doorbells installed in the front and back of the house.
