The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-view condo sits within the exclusive Land's End Village community. It's just steps from powder-white sand and turquoise water, tucked amid palm trees and lush tropical landscaping.



Settle onto the lanai and you'll have a front-row seat to the passing parade: pelicans gliding low over the water, dolphins surfacing in the pass, fishermen working the currents, and yachts cruising by against a backdrop of endless blue.



The kitchen is fully equipped. There's an in-unit washer/dryer, a comfortable dining area, and a living room anchored by a plush sofa and flat-screen TV. The master suite opens onto a private deck overlooking the Gulf and includes a desk overlooking the water, perfect for guests who want to answer a few emails before returning to vacation mode. It features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, oversized walk-in shower, dual vanity, and skylights. The guest bedroom offers two double beds and its own flat-screen TV, along with a built-in desk well-suited to catching up on work if needed. It also has a private deck and an adjoining full bathroom.



As part of Land's End Village, guests enjoy a resort-style pool with a spacious sun patio, pool lounge chairs, and outdoor shower, plus a hot tub, gas BBQ grills, tennis and pickleball courts, and covered parking — all just steps from the unit. Guest Access:

Please note: this unit does not include access to South Seas Resort amenities — such as the trolley, pool with slides, or on-site restaurants and shops. It does include full access to Land's End Village amenities: the pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ grills, and beach access (including all beaches within the resort). This elegant residence is best suited to couples or adult travelers seeking a relaxed, upscale getaway. Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment. This is a one-floor walk-up; guests should expect a short flight of stairs to reach the front door.
