A top-floor 2BR/2BA condo with golf-course balcony view.
Spacious layout: 3 beds total, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, Wi‑Fi, 3 smart TVs with cable. 1 king, 2 queen beds (new mattresses).
Elevator access; seasonal outdoor pool; on-site bar & grill.
Located in World Tour golf community; short drive to beaches, boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.
Sleeps up to 6 — suited for golf groups and families.
The space
Spacious, inviting layout with plenty of room to cook, relax, play games, or watch tiebreakers on the 19th hole from the large balcony.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for a night in, and a Keurig to get the morning started!
Guests will have access to all areas of the unit besides the locked owners and employee closets.
Other things to note
-There is no iron supplied at this property.
-Must be 24 years old to book.
-There is a ring doorbell camera that records audio and video outside the entrance of this condo.
-Pool deck is open all year but the pool itself is seasonal. Must be 18 to be in the pool area alone; or have someone at least 18 with you at all times.
-Pest Control will enter the unit to spray on the 2nd Friday of the month quarterly (for example Feb, May, Aug, Nov). they start at 9am until finished. Occupants do not have to be present, but pest control cannot be turned away.-Must be 24 years old to book.
-We offer one set of bath towels per guest. We do not supply beach/pool towels. There is no mid-stay cleaning, and we supply only a starter pack of essentials, such as small soap, a couple of rolls of TP, paper towels & trash bags. You will need to purchase or bring more for your own use if you are staying more than a couple of days.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.
- No motorcycles, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, etc.
-No pets.
