⚠️ Important House Rules & Notes



Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM (County of Orange)

No outdoor music or activities after 10 PM

Max occupancy: 26 guests across the two homes (infants under 2 not counted)

Rate covers 16 guests; $30 per night for each additional guest

Minimum age of responsible party: 21

No smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere on either property

Violations are subject to a fine and immediate eviction without refund

Guest Access:

🔑 Both houses are entirely yours — every room, the game room, both backyards, the pool and hot tub at the Pool House, and the mini golf course, covered patio and fire pit at the Mini Golf House. Nothing is off-limits and nothing is shared.



🚗 The two driveways hold up to 11 cars in total — 8 at the Mini Golf House and 3 at the Pool House — with street parking available as well.



📹 Exterior security cameras (front yard, back yard, side yard) are on the premises for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside either home.



The Neighborhood:

📍 A quiet, safe residential street — minutes from everything Southern California is famous for.



🎢 Disneyland — 7 min drive

🎡 Knott's Berry Farm — 15 min

🎬 Universal Studios — 30 min

🏖️ The beach — 25 min



🛍️ A large shopping center sits about half a mile away on the other side of Katella Ave, with restaurants, groceries and convenience stores all close by.



🚙 Up to 11 cars fit across the two driveways (8 + 3), plus street parking. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.



Getting Around:

🚌 Bus: OCTA Route 50 runs straight to Disneyland Park — the terminal on Katella Ave is about one block away.



🚕 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are the easiest way to the theme parks — quick and inexpensive.



🚗 Car: 11 driveway spaces across the two homes, plus free street parking.



🚶 On foot: A big shopping center is about 0.5 mile away across Katella Ave.



Other Things to Note:

⏰ Quiet Hours



Enforced by the County of Orange, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Outdoor music and activities are not allowed after 10 PM.



🪪 Check-In Requirements



Before check-in, guests provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking of any kind — tobacco, vaping, marijuana or other drugs — is strictly prohibited inside the homes and game room at all times.



👥 Occupancy



Maximum 26 guests across the two homes; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount

The daily rate covers 16 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that

No additional visitors without host approval

Minimum booking age: 21



🔥 Optional Pool Heating (Pool House)



Nov–Feb: no pool heating for the winter season

Mar, Apr, May & Oct: $100 first day, $40 per additional day

The hot tub is always on at no additional charge. In winter we strongly recommend hot tub only, for energy conservation.

📹 Security



Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests.



🚫 No Commercial Activity



No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property, keeping a residential atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



📄 Liability



Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises.



Interaction with Guests:

🔑 Keyless check-in, any time — your door codes are sent on the day of arrival.
