The space

As you come in, to your right is a gorgeous open plan kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of original features and room to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need too to cook up a storm with local ingredients!

Our comfortable bedroom with a king size bed also provides a peaceful retreat, and the modern bathroom adds a fresh, contemporary finish. Large windows throughout allow natural light to fill the space throughout the day and the recent renovation blends clean modern design with the character of the historic building, creating a space that feels both stylish and homely.

The location is one of the apartment’s greatest highlights. You’ll be staying right in the centre of Bath, a UNESCO-listed city celebrated for its stunning Georgian architecture, rich history, and vibrant cultural scene. Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire ground floor apartment throughout their stay. Self check in is available via a secure key safe, allowing you to arrive at a time that is convenient to you. The apartment includes the living and kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, and all amenities shown in the listing.

Please note that any locked cupboards are not accessible to guests.

Access is via the main communal entrance with the apartment located on the ground floor. Guests also have access to the shared entrance hallway.

There is no private parking at the property but there are several public car parks within a short walk.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10am.
Please be respectful to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
No parties or events.
Please ensure all windows are closed and all lights are switched off when leaving the property.
If anything isn't quite right during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
