Large sliding doors off both the family and living rooms open to the screened-in lanai overlooking the lake and features table seating for up to 8 people and separate lounge seating with an outside smart TV.
The expansive kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, bar stool seating, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that seats four. The home also features a separate dining room for a little more formal dining experience and additional seating for 6.
The master bedroom is a relaxing retreat with beautiful lake views, offering a king-sized bed, walk in closet, drawer space, and private access to the lanai. The spacious en suite master bath includes a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet.
The second and third bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with a coastal vibe, and both feature a queen bed and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. These bedrooms provide a welcoming and comfortable space for family or guests.
