This is a bright, open-plan studio - one room, no separate bedroom - with a queen bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 (most comfortable for two). Full kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and self check-in by lock box so you can arrive on your own schedule.

THE SPACE
Sleeping: a plush queen bed plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living area. Sleeps 4, most comfortable for two.
Balcony: glass doors open onto your own private balcony - the spot for a morning coffee in the sea air.
Kitchen: a proper full kitchen, not a kitchenette - oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, with cookware and crockery.
Bathroom: clean and modern, with a walk-in shower and shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided.
Comfort: a split-system air conditioner that also heats, plus a portable oil column heater for winter, Wi-Fi and a TV.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full and private access to the entire studio for the length of the stay - living area, kitchen, private balcony and private bathroom - through a private entrance. The building has shared coin-operated laundry facilities available for guest use. Check-in details and entry instructions are sent ahead of your arrival, and the lock box code is messaged one hour before check-in.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Hall Street puts you at the centre of one of the world's most iconic coastal neighbourhoods. The golden sand and surf of Bondi Beach are a flat 2 minute walk away, along with the scenic coastal walk toward Bronte and Coogee. Hall Street itself is lined with cafes, restaurants and boutique shops - brunch, a gourmet dinner or a quick coffee before the beach are all at the doorstep.

GETTING AROUND
Frequent buses a short walk away connect to Bondi Junction station and on to the Sydney CBD. From Sydney Airport, a taxi or rideshare takes roughly thirty to forty minutes depending on traffic. There is free off-street parking behind the building, reached through the archway beside the shops - it is not allocated, spaces are first come, first served, so we cannot guarantee one is free. If it is full, there is free street parking on Blair Street about a 5 minute walk away, or paid 2-hour parking directly outside.

Laundry: shared coin-operated washer and dryer in the building.
We ask that you do not smoke in the studio and keep noise down late, out of respect for the neighbours. No parties or events.
We are available by message throughout your stay for anything you need, and otherwise leave you to enjoy the place in peace.
