There are 4 bathrooms, all with a cabin shower, and the view is: on one side of the building, a private garden, and on the other side face the Rio delle Romite, which is a very typical Venetian small canal.

The Venetian Velvet has been completely refurbished in 2026, and it can be a perfect location for any excursion in town. Being in Dorsoduro, it is already a perfect location for sightseeing, bacaros, Museums, sunny walks, gelatos, restaurants, and wine tours.

Close to Zattere and Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stops, it is also very close to the Accademia area where there are the Accademia Museum of Belle Arti, the Guggenheim Foundation, Palazzo Franchetti, i Magazzini del Sale and the F.Pinault Collection at Dogana.
