Located in a quiet residential area of Roses with easy street parking, you will be just a few minutes’ walk from the center, supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach. The property features a spacious private garden with artificial grass, a liner pool perfect for cooling off in summer, a built-in barbecue, and a table with chairs for outdoor meals. On the upper terrace, there is another table, chairs, and a second barbecue, ideal for evening dinners.
Comfortable and functional interior: The 90 m² apartment offers a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single above, suitable for three people. The bathroom is modern and practical. High-speed WiFi is available, perfect for video calls. Pets are not allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not included. You can rent them for an additional fee per person for your stay.
