"Cabin Charm—Hot Tub Bliss" is a delightful single-story, pet-friendly cabin in Cowes, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a relaxing coastal escape. Just a short walk from the beach and only a short drive to the supermarkets, cafés and restaurants of Cowes, this charming retreat is located as a private extension of the owner's home with its own separate entrance, offering a peaceful setting for your Phillip Island getaway. Some of the many features of this lovely cabin are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The open-plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area (with 42" Smart TV, Sonos sound system) creates a cosy and inviting space to relax after a day exploring Phillip Island. Large windows fill the home with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Sliding doors open onto the spacious covered Deck, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor living areas. Off the Living area is the Bedroom (with BIR), while the Bathroom (with shower & toilet) completes the home.

Outdoor Areas

The partially covered Deck (with outdoor dining and gas BBQ) overlooks the exclusive-use 4-seater electric hot tub, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind while enjoying the peaceful garden surrounds. Framed by a beautiful vine-covered pergola, the Deck flows directly from the Living area, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor space to enjoy throughout the day. An outdoor hot and cold shower is conveniently located off the Deck, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or before relaxing in the spa.

The fully fenced garden is a secure and safe outdoor space for pets. The shared driveway provides parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat), and a 7kW Tesla EV charger (Type 2 plug) is available for guests travelling with electric vehicles.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., plus a bar fridge and 4-burner gas cooktop.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living area, a ceiling fan in the Bedroom, plus one additional stand-alone heater.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
