Pet Policy

Pet Policy: A $100 pet fee applies for each pet with a maximum of two pets. Additional pets may be considered with prior approval and additional fees, depending on the type of pet. NO CATS are permitted.

All pets must be disclosed and approved before check-in. A $250 fee will be charged for each unregistered pet. Guests are also responsible for any additional cleaning, deodorizing, stain removal, or damage caused by their pets beyond normal cleaning.


Community & House Rules

This home is located within a quiet townhome community with shared walls. To respect neighbors, City of Phoenix quiet hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) are strictly enforced.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. To help preserve a smoke-free environment for the owners and future guests, smoking anywhere on the property is discouraged. Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors, may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
