Unlike many large high-rise resorts, Seachase is a boutique-style mid-rise community with only 64 units, creating a more relaxed atmosphere with fewer crowds while still offering direct access to one of the Emerald Coast’s most beautiful beaches.
After recently staying in, and falling in love, with this beachfront retreat we made the bold decision to purchase our life long dream. Our fur baby Charlie absolutely loved her stay (and the area as she accompanied us everywhere). As such we treat Charlie’s place as our home which means cleanliness, maintenance, comfort & improvements.
We look forward to welcoming your family and helping you create similar lasting memories at the beach. We’re excited to invite you into our home.

We had the best stay! The condo was super clean and we loved that it was dog friendly. We also enjoyed that it was within walking distance of McGuires. Our host was super quick to respond to a question or request. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing time my sister and I had. This is our second time staying in this condo and the 4th at SeaChase in total. It is such an underrated stay and perfect for peace and quiet. Can’t wait to do it again!

Best thing about it is the glass from floor to ceiling. The bathrooms really need to be updated. The guest bathroom is very small! The master bathroom had a horrible sour smell. I used clorox wipes to wipe everything down. There's a really disgusting plunger in the master bath. The guest BR is hot all the time even with a fan. The patio furniture in the photos is not what's there. We had 4 chairs & one is broken (swags too low when you sit) & the other 3 are very uncomfortable with dingy cushions. There are 4 beach chairs in the room but they're heavy to carry. Our room did not include beach service, which is 44 a day for 2 chairs & umbrella. The coffee cups are so tiny, we had to buy some. The area to walk your dog to potty is between the parking lot & road without a fence!! It scared my dog & us by the road with cars & motorcycles flying by. The dog potty area has no light at night to see. Dog potty trash was not changed for 3 days. The elevator was nasty. The pool gate code didn't work, but anyone can reach through & open the gate from the outside. :( Our door code randomly worked, so maintenance came. He gave us a new code and when I showed him my master bathmat, he agreed it was time to throw it away. For this price, things like this should be addressed BEFORE guests check in. Checkout is at 9am. There was only 1 cart available to use at 8 & it was very hard to steer around huge bags of laundry sitting outside condos for days. The maid came in at 8:58 am & was rude.
