Please be respectful of other guests at the resort. All guests are allowed to use outdoor seating, beach toys, games, grills, and bonfire pits

PLEASE CLEAN SAND OFF FEET BEFORE RE-ENTERING CABIN!
Each cabin is provided with a bucket to fill up with water to rinse sand from feet/legs. Please do so to reduce sand getting in to the shower. Sand build up causes plumbing back ups!

Please clean grill after use. Grill utensils are located in each cabin.

Help us keep the grounds and beach clean! Place all trash in one of the outside trash cans or in the trash cans in your cabin. If trash is getting full, please discard garbage bag and replace with new one. There is a Waste Management dumpster located in the parking lot to throw out garbage bags.

Do not throw shells from nuts or seeds on the ground. Please discard in the trash cans. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fee for extra cleaning efforts from our cleaners.

We love our fur babies, but unfortunately we do not allow pets at the resort.

Each cabin has a set of bedding/linens for each bed and towels for each guest. We do not provide additional bedding, linens, or towels. If you need to wash any laundry, there is a washer and dryer in Cabin 5 for guests who have reservations for Cabin 5. There is also a laundromat 8 minutes away in Oscoda called F41 Laundromat.

TVs in each cabin have streaming apps available. You will need to log in to your own personal account. Please make sure to log out of your account before departure.

In order to preserve efficiency of the mini split units, please keep doors and windows closed while they are in use.

Please keep remotes (fan and mini split) hung up on wall by door when not in use. Any lost remotes, including TV remote, will result in a $200 charge.

There are no lifeguards present. Swim at your own risk. Resort owner and property manager will not be liable for any injuries or incidents that occur on the resort or in the lake. Life jackets are available at the resort and strongly encouraged to use. Please supervise all children at all times, especially near the water.

If you use kayaks, please return them back to the beach near the fence so they do not drift to the resort next door. Please exercise caution and supervision when using kayaks.

Lake life means bug life. In an attempt to keep insects out of the cabins, please make sure doors stay shut. If any screen doors or windows are broken, please report to property manager immediately.

We have provided wash buckets at each cabin door. Please use them to fill up with water and rinse your feet of sand before going into the cabin. This will help our cleaners during their turnover!

To help our cleaners have a faster turnover for our next guests, please try to have as many of your used dishes cleaned before departure. Throw out all trash. If you have Cabin 5 reserved, please start the dishwasher. Turn off all lights and lock up. You may leave bedding on beds.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or unauthorized gatherings will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.
