On warmer days, throw the doors open and enjoy uninterrupted views across Fremington Edge with a morning coffee or evening drink.

Situated in a small Dales village with one pub serving well kept ales, fine wines and great pub food. There is also St Andrews Church, the River Swale and numerous walks and bike rides straight from the door.


Getting there

• From A1: turn off at Scotch Corner to Richmond
• In Richmond take the A6108 and then B6270 to Grinton
• As you approach the pub in Grinton, The Annex at Croft Farm is on the right.
• The parking is the gravelled space to the left of The Annex.
