The Space
Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms — two queens and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. The open living area is thoughtfully furnished with plenty of seating, and the kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals between adventures.

Who It`s Perfect For
Families visiting K-State, game day groups traveling in the off-season, summer vacationers looking for a stylish and comfortable home base.
Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.
While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.
Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
No Glitter, Confetti, Silly String or similar items used in house or on property.
Please only flush toilet paper; all other items—including `flushable` wipes, paper towels, and feminine products—must go in the trash. Other items flushed that result in requiring a plumber will be billed to the guest.
