This fully updated 800 sqft 1940s cottage with WiFi is the perfect spot for couples or families looking for a peaceful getaway to the gorgeous North Myrtle Beach coast! An easy 5 minute walk to Crescent beach, this home offers two bedrooms and one bathroom and is centrally located minutes from all of the attractions that the NMB area offers, but in a quaint neighborhood setting. Recently renovated, bright, light-filled home with stocked kitchen, outdoor dining patio, and private outdoor shower. Sleeps 6.
THE SPACE
This home is the perfect spot for responsible guests who are family oriented and looking for a peaceful getaway. The absolute best spot for a movie watching, coffee drinking, wine sipping, game playing beach retreat! Quaint neighborhood setting that reminds you of years past when life was just a little bit slower and more relaxed. So close to all that North Myrtle Beach offers but tucked away on a tranquil Crescent Beach Street.
Light filled family room with views of the palm and oak trees, large sectional couch that gives every guest plenty of space to spread out or to cuddle up for watching a movie. Oversized coffee table perfect for playing board games or constructing puzzles which we provide a plethora of. Smart tv with dvd player. WIFI for remote working and logging into your own streaming platforms on the tv.
Bright, fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen with open shelving and tons of light. Huge armoire style pantry, dishes for six with extra plates and bowls available, pots, pans, and utensils. Dining table that seats four and Bar top that also seats four.
Bedroom One has a queen sized bed, small dresser, spacious closet, and is perfect for couples.
Bedroom Two has two full sized beds. There is an antique armoire with plenty of drawer and hanging space. This bedroom is ideal for children!
The outdoor dining patio is just off the kitchen and offers cafe lights, a picnic table, and space to grill. It's beautifully shaded in the evening, making it the ideal dinner time dining spot.
Fully enclosed, private outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand.
Large backyard with plenty of space for outdoor play and parking for two cars in the front.
