Guests will have full, private access to the entire Grande Chalet, including:
•Two distinct living rooms
•Fully equipped modern kitchen
•Dedicated game room
•Large outdoor deck with a grill
•Two patios
•Relaxing hot tub
•Charming fire pit area

Additionally, guests can enjoy the fantastic amenities of the Towamensing Trail community:
•Private beach access
•Refreshing community pool
•Playground overlooking the lake

These community amenities are just a short 0.7 mile nature walk away.

•Check in after 4:00 PM
•Check out before 11:00 AM

•Review rental agreement and jotform within the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to secure booking.
•Completed form provides vehicle tags for up to 4 cars so you may access community amenities and trash disposal (license plate # and state is required at least 3 days prior to check in date)

•Children allowed: ages 0-17
•Events - No events allowed

•Pets allowed:
$100.00 / per dog (limit 2)

•8 badges for pool/lake access
(Additional passes available for purchase $10/per guest, per day. cash only--seasonal access until Labor Day)

•Propane indoor fireplaces are functional/put out heat. They are currently turned off and will be available come October.

•Lost beach badge fee $350
•Trash must be taken with you or to our community compactor $350 fine if left
•Lost fireplace remote $250

•The hot tub is professionally maintained between guests. If excessive contamination requires draining, refilling, filter replacement, or emergency service due to misuse (including soap, bubble bath, bath bombs, oils, food, vomit, feces, urine, glass, or other prohibited items), guests will be responsible for the actual cost of restoration of $150

•House must be given back in the same clean condition that it was given to you
•Cleaning fee does not remove your responsibility to keep house in clean condition

•Smoking is not permitted
•Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited

•Special requests (such as early check in/ late check out) are subject to availability prior to check-in and may be requested through guest portal link.
