About this apartment rental

Escape to this cozy nautical-themed studio nestled in the peaceful countryside of Berlin Center, Ohio. Enjoy the charm of country living while being just minutes ( about 4 miles) from Berlin Lake and Lake Milton ( about 6 miles). This place is perfect for lake visitors, fishermen and boaters, couples’ getaway, business travelers seeking a peaceful stay, guests exploring Mahoning county and the Youngstown area. We are close to local wineries such as Mastropietro Winery ( about 4 miles) and Halliday’s Winery ( about 8 miles) with local wines, outdoor seating, live music on many weekends, vineyards views. Noah’s Lost Ark Animal Sanctuary - is a unique animal sanctuary nearby featuring rescued exotic and farm animals. Great for animal lovers. Visit our local Ben’s Restaurant & Bar which is about 3 miles away and enjoy their American style food with a bar and outdoor seating. The apartment is a private suite attached to our home.The space includes a private entrance, comfortable sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi,TV, and free parking. Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy our spacious backyard. It’s a peaceful place to unwind, watch a variety of birds, and observe local wildlife in a quiet, natural setting. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the evening, the backyard offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature.
