The location is excellent, right in the heart of Athens on Ermou Street, making it extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city's main attractions. Everything you need is within easy walking distance.
The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and looked very new. It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, and a properly functioning A/C. Another feature we really appreciated was having a bidet shower in the bathroom.
The reception staff were very helpful, professional, and welcoming. They did their best to accommodate our requests and helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The property mainly uses code access for both the hotel entrance and the rooms, which was very convenient and gave us a good sense of privacy and security. The Wi-Fi connection was also good throughout our stay.
The biggest surprise for us was that there was no wardrobe in the room. This made it quite difficult to organize and store our clothes. Adding a proper wardrobe would make the room much more practical.
Our room was on the 5th floor, overlooking Ermou Street. Although the street view was nice, it was extremely noisy at times because of street performers playing drums and music, including early in the morning. Light sleepers may want to request a room facing the back of the property, away from Ermou Street.
Another point to consider if you are traveling with heavy luggage is that vehicles cannot stop directly at the hotel entrance. You may need to walk approximately 50 meters with your luggage from the nearest accessible point.
There is also no bellboy or dedicated luggage assistance, so guests should be prepared to handle their luggage themselves.
Overall, we had a very good experience. The fantastic central location, spotless and modern room, useful amenities, and especially the helpful and professional reception staff made our stay very enjoyable. With the addition of a wardrobe and better consideration of the street noise, the experience would be even better.

Brand new suites, wonderful location, and surprisingly quite, we were able to sleep without street noise. Very cozy and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful, suggested breakfast places and restaurantes very near by and very good.
The view to the acropolis was limited but was not very important since we just wanted to rest at the end of the day :).
