Excellent location easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
An lift would have been helpful for getting luggage up and down between floors.

We communicated well in advance in our booking that we are vegan and were staying for our 25th wedding anniversary. And attempt to have vegan options for breakfast. This was appreciated.
We began with a nice note in our room for our anniversary. The gesture was nice. Unfortunately, the bowl of chocolates and candies were not vegan.
Central location was good.
Upon waking after our first night, there was incredibly loud construction directly outside the window. We asked to change rooms and to move to the quieter building. Hotel management offered us some options to change which was appreciated, including an upgraded room with an additional cost. We pointed out that the current live price for the upgraded room was only a few Euros more than our current room, but they refused repeatedly to match it for us. It was very uncomfortable and quite an unnecessary exchange given the inconvenience to us and our 25th wedding anniversary. Ultimately they gave us the room at no additional cost, but we were left feeling exhausted and disappointed. Once we moved, it was much quieter.
Poor lighting.
Vegan breakfast was very limited to cereal and bread. No hot options.
No exercise facilities. They offered access to a nearby gym for 40 Euros for a casual session. Unbelievable.
Calling a cab for us, they charged us 3 Euros each time. Gouging.
