Great location with Marvel Stadium right downstairs and very convenient access to transport and the city. The apartment was stylishly designed and felt modern and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Location was excellent and the details from the host was also super helpful

The beds were comfy, fantastic views, had a nice kitchen and had lots of room to move around. The lifts were fast. Neighbours were quiet. Toothbrushs were available.

It was a stressful stay. Couldn't park anywhere near the key pick up area. Had to park down the road after circling the area for 15 minutes looking for a park. I had to walk 20 minutes, with two young children to get to the key box after paying for parking. I struggled to locate the lockbox as the business was closed. After asking for help. They sent photos with instructions which should be sent first before we arrive. It was easy after I received the photos. Next I had to locate the parking. This was a tough situation as well. After I got lost I asked for help, they sent photo instructions. Which were amazing and this should be sent before you arrive as well. Parking was good, lift went straight to the room. Room started off great. Only one key provided. Got ready to go to the pool, realised no instructions. Had to ask again for those. The pool was good, but very cold and the furnishings are old and falling apart. Not their fault, but something to note. Was easy to locate with their instructions. It is in another building. No pool towels provided, and no extra bath towels so make sure to bring your own. The water system is broken. It is loud and turns all the water facets on in the apartment. It scared my child. A neighbour said a lot of issues with plumbing in the building. The water temperature changes a lot. My child got burnt by the hot water changing as the tap in the other bathroom turned on and took the cold water. They only gave us 2 bath towels and the rest were weird disposable towels. The kitchen had one fork. The cutlery was not inviting. Needs to be updated and the right amount. The deck has no furniture. Only seating for two at the kitchen bench. No dining table provided. The towels and bedding had a hint of mould smell. The dryer started to beep shortly after we arrived. It was full of sheets and towels. I tried to turn the beeping off to discover it was wet and still needed drying.
