The newly renovated modern bathroom has both a bath and shower as well as a toilet. There is also a seperate powder room.



The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area takes full advantage of the breathtaking outlook, with sweeping views across Diamond Bay, and coastline. Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the water or unwind in the evening while watching the water below.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment. The pool area is a shared space with other residents.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the clifftop of diamond bay reserve, the location is a walkers paradise.



Getting Around:

If you're travelling by car, Sydney CBD is around 20–30-minute drive. Bondi Beach, Rose Bay and Waston's Bay are all within 10-15 minute drive.



If you're travelling on public transport you can use 324, 325 and 386 bus routes that connect Vaucluse to Circular Quay, Bondi Junction, Watsons Bay, making it easy to explore without a car.



You can take the ferry from Rose Bay or Waston's Bay to Circular Quay, they leave every half an hour.



The clifftops paths around diamond bay are one of the areas highlights.



The airport is around 20-40 minutes depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

You will be provided with access code for entry to the building. Once inside, a key fob will give you access to the lift and the residents' pool area throughout your stay.



There is a parking space provided in the garage for a small to medium car.



There is an additional communal laundry found on the ground floor with machines that are card operated.



Please note quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings.



Please be mindful of our neighbours when using the communal areas.
