About this house rental
2BR/1BA waterfront unit in a duplex on Treasure Island. Fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, pullout sofa, Roku TV, blow dryer and iron. Shared backyard with the neighboring unit including grill, beach chairs, and outdoor seating on the water. Private dock with boat access. 5 minute walk to the beach. Less than a mile to Johns Pass for restaurants, boat rentals, and fishing charters. Pet friendly with a fee. Free parking on the right side of the driveway.

Please put umbrellas down when not in use to prevent from blowing away
Cover BBQ grills and fire pit when done using
Quiet hours after 11pm — Treasure Island has a noise ordinance
Please pick up after your pet
No loud unattended barking dogs — please be courteous to neighbors
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events
No unregistered guests — all guests must be listed on the reservation
Please leave no dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher upon checkout
Propane is not provided refills are available at the Shell station on Gulf Blvd, less than 5 minutes away
Boats must be pulled in head first on one side of the dock — leave room on the other side for another boat
Boat trailers can be parked on the lawn
If boat is over 28ft please on the front of the dock
BBQ grill utensils are on top of the refrigerator — please clean after use and return them
The chair cushions will be in the treasure chest please put them back when done using.
