About this house rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everywhere from this centrally located home. On the border of the Boynton and Delray line, this home is close to everywhere one would want to go when staying on the east side near the beach. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 areas for family to gather. Kitchen separates the family room/dining room and master bedroom from the living area and 2 extra bedrooms. Backyard has beautiful, relaxing seating. Home is between 2 other beach towns: Delray and Lake Worth.
The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen easily flows to dining/family room for entertainment. Living room has separate TV for those that want some quiet time. Master bedroom suite is located off the family room while the other 2 rooms are off the living room area. There is a working station off the kitchen. Front of home has beautiful palm trees welcoming you in or to enjoy while you sit at the front porch. The back yard is cozy and private as home backs up to a nature preserve. It is totally fenced in and private. Porch houses gas grill, tiki torches and fire pit. New backyard patio furniture is perfect for relaxing . The laundry room is located inside by the family room. There is one shared wall for guest suite. Can be rented as well if more space is needed for larger family and available. It has its own private entrance and patio. The house boosts a King bed and 2 queen beds. Location can't be beat. Home is on Boynton/ Delray line and 1 mile from ocean. Ocean breezes can be felt from the yard. Closest beach access is 2 miles away. 10 minutes to Downtown Delray and 10 minutes to Lake worth Downtown. Home is about 20 minutes from PBA and 45 minutes from FT Lauderdale airport. Very centric location in a very quiet, well- established neighborhood. It is close to train tracks and you will hear the trains passing. Home backs up to a nature preserve which has a nice walking path. Pergola in backyard. Room for 2 cars max parked 1 behind the other. We are here to make your stay a memorable experience!
