About this apartment rental

Set within Príncipe de las Letras, this Signature Residence offers a bright, generously proportioned way to live in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, steps from Plaza de Santa Ana. Its 100 m² are arranged around an en-suite bedroom and an open kitchen with island, connected to a 40 m² living room. Three balconies fill the home with natural light and look out over the Palacio de Santoña. The living room also has a sofa bed for two, included in the rate, so the residence comfortably suits a couple or a family. The décor, inspired by contemporary Spanish art, gives the whole a calm and welcoming character.
