A wonderful place to stay that is right on the beautiful beach!

The property was in good condition. The pool area was nice and water temperature was good. Lobby clean and well maintained. Kitchen had good mix of pots, pans, utensils to cook in. Not sure if a condo was the right fit for our family. No tents or canopies can be put on the beach so plan accordingly, you’ll need shade so check if you’re condo comes with beach service included or not. We enjoyed Henderson Beach more than the politics of the private beach.

Great rental! You can't go wrong renting here. We plan to go back next year. Great communication with owner. Easy check-in. Rental looks just like the pictures. You can see the gulf and the Destin Harbor fireworks and hear the crashing waves from your 6th floor balcony. Condo was very quiet and it felt extremely private even though it was part of a big complex. Beds were comfy. Plenty of extra bath towels and extra blankets if needed. Shower temp and pressure were great. For those who want to cook, they had most everything you could need/want in terms of kitchen gear, including items less commonly found at rentals such as a crockpot, baking pans, citrus squeezer, pitchers for making lemonade, etc. One key item lacking though was a pizza cutter. I will let the owner know. (There are no left-over spices, cooking oil, condiments, or dry goods, including coffee, from previous renters since this owner requires everything to be discarded/removed, so make sure to bring your own.) Freezer has an ice maker which was very useful. There are two floor fans and 3 beach chairs (in the closet). The owner had told us the rental did not have beach chairs, and therefore we didn't use them because we had already brought our own.Each bathroom comes with a set of standard hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and one roll of TP. Kitchen came with a sponge/scrubbie, hotel size bottle of dish soap which was enough for us for the week. One roll of paper towel.

The condo was great and views were excellent ! But not so clean. The couch, which is also for 2 to sleep, was dirty, stained. Needs to go ! Our sinks & tubs were clogged with hair and wouldn't drain well.
