Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the apartment, plus shared access to the building's common amenities including the fitness center, golf simulator, yoga studio, the first-floor clubhouse, and the rooftop clubhouse with shuffleboard and a deck overlooking 4th Street Live!, along with the courtyard with fire pits and grills. Please note these are shared spaces used by residents as well, so availability may vary. The pool and hot tub are also shared and open seasonally, typically March through September.

Located in the heart of downtown, you'll be in the perfect spot for shopping, bourbon tasting, and sightseeing alike. The courtyard of the building insulates the apartment from the hustle and bustle of the city, making the space rather quiet and peaceful!

Getting Around:

Being in the heart of downtown, many things are within walking distance from your doorstep! Should you want to venture further out, we recommend using the bus system, uber, or your own car.

Other Things to Note:

One complimentary parking spot is included with a designated space on the rooftop level of the on-site garage, which has an 7-foot clearance and is suitable for most standard vehicles (not oversized vans or tall trucks). The heated pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities, open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the season. They close at the end of September, with reopening expected in March, and exact timing is set by building management. Occasional last-minute closures for maintenance can happen during the open season.
