تنوع الخدمات زى الملاهى والالعاب المائيه والسينما وصالة البولينج كلها حاجات الاولاد انبسطو بيها لكن إلى عجبنى اكتر مستوى الشاليه ونضافته واهتمام المضيف حاجه ولا اروع زائد فيه ف المكان زهران ماركت وسبينس وبصراحه كانت اى حاجه بنحتاجها هى موجوده وكمان اسعار ممتازه
حابب اشكر مستر اسامه وأحمد على حسن الاستقبال والاجازه الجميله دى وان شاء الله معاكم دايما كل سنه شكرا 🙏🌹
الشاليه كان نفسنا يكون دور عالى شويه كمان عن كدا المكان الڤيو بتاعه خياااالى

I personally thank and appreciate the guy who's responsible for cleaning the pool. God bless you!
First of all, Check in loxation is far from the complex itself and there is a Garage you have to leave your car in till you finalize the check-in which took around 30 minutes and you have to pay for it 40 EGP which is weird.
Secondly they charged me 700 EGP more than it was said in booking price and when I asked about it they said this the price we got and above that they asked for 1500 EGP insurance fees.
Once you check in, they inform you that someone will come to the room to check if you need anything fixed or done and get you towels and soup and necessities, but nobody came no matter how long we kept waiting for them to come and even when calling multiple times and they say they are coming.
and seriously what a bad smell once you get in the room.
Front windows were broken and I had to wait for a couple of hours for someone to come and fix it, it was very annoying and I was pretty worried that my 2 years old kid will get into the balcony and jump off the 7th floor.
bedroom bathroom windows bring all the bad odors into the room while you're asleep besides the bad matresses and noisy noises coming from the bed that will make sure that you are awake all night.
Not even close to clean rooms, that I didnt even try to look into the wardrobe or the kitchen cabinet, everthing smells bad, the floors are dirty, the kitchen is greasy, even the baskets are gross.
And when you are close to check out they send someone telling you that if you don't hurry they will cut off the insurance you're obligated to pay while checking in.
