The property was neat and felt welcoming. The rooms were spacious and my children really loved it there. The games provided occupied my kids and they almost did not want to sleep. The host's communication was on point before the trip, during our stay and after the stay but for some reason I could not reply his emails via the app (that was booking.com's fault) so we talked more over the phone. The key collection and drop off procedure were seamless. When next I am in Manchester I will love to stay at the same property especially because my kids felt at home there.
The mattresses could have been firmer cos I am a big guy so I was dipping during my sleep but it is not a deal breaker for me to be fair.
