ORBI’s projects have a very attractive combination of modern design and excellent surroundings. The seaside atmosphere adds something special to the experience, while the urban environment provides plenty of opportunities for entertainment and everyday activities. I think this balance makes the developments suitable for a wide range of lifestyles.

ORBI’s projects caught my attention because of their combination of design and location. The buildings have a contemporary appearance, while the nearby coastline provides a beautiful natural setting. ORBI offers an interesting approach to modern urban living. The architecture is eye-catching, the locations are convenient, and many projects benefit from being close to the seaside. For me, a good property is not only about the apartment itself but also about the surrounding environment, accessibility, and lifestyle it provides. The location is very good, just the centre of everything and 3 min from the Batumi beach. The balcony view was great) Despite some disadvantages it is a good place for the short stay.
The communicaion with the staff was amlost impossible, at the main reception were too many people and we could not get the proper answer to our questions. The person giving the key to the apartament doesnt speak english, so it was difficult to communicate. In the room we didnt have towels, and could not connect to the WiFi. Due to the amount of people the waiting time for the elevator was pretty long. As well, somebody tried to steal things from one of our bags, which is difficult to notice because of the amout of tourits, so be careful (it is our personal case, applies to all the places in Batumi)
