Brand new hotel, beautifully decorated and really large room. Breakfast was okay. The location and hotel room is really quiet.
Unfortunately this was not worth the huge cost I paid. There are no basic amenities provided in the room, I had to request housekeeping after 2 days, the air conditioning left a huge flood in my room which I cleaned myself, when housekeeping eventually came they didn’t leave toilet paper or clean the toilet. The lobby has no atmosphere and is complete silent. The bedsheets and pillows are poor quality, scratchy and smelled strongly of cheap detergent. I paid for some laundry, which was given back partially wet. I was very disappointed given I paid over $120 a night which is absurd for Uzbekistan.

予約していたホテルで部屋のトラブルがあり、急遽ホテルを移動することとなり、このホテルを見つけました。このISKANDAR Hotelは本当に素晴らしいホテルで、現地のトラブルがすべて帳消しになるくらい快適な滞在でした。
ホテルの場所は、グリ・アミール廟から徒歩10分のところにあります。レギスタン広場からは少々距離がありますが涼しい時間帯には十分歩ける距離です。現地はタクシーアプリが非常に利用しやすく料金も安いので、移動はタクシーメインと考えると、レギスタン広場からの距離は問題にならないと思いました。ホテル前の道を下ったところに、夜中1時まで開いているスーパーがあります。小規模ですがビールも置いていて、部屋飲みドリンクの調達に便利です。（カード利用可）
建物は新しく、すべてがとても清潔に保たれています。地下にはプール・ジャグジー・サウナがあり、3Fに屋上テラスがあります。建物の真ん中が吹き抜けとなっており、各部屋は吹き抜けをぐるっと囲む配置になっていて、バルコニーが吹き抜けに面した造りになっています。
室内は細部までこだわったとても素敵なインテリアに包まれています。ベッドのヘッドボードの木彫りの模様・バスルームのモザイクタイル…とてもかわいいです。もちろんマットレスも快適でぐっすり休むことができました。
そしてホテルスタッフは、みなさん大変親切でフレンドリー、ホスピタリティに溢れています。私は英語が堪能ではないですが、笑顔を絶やさず話を聞いてくれました。顔を合わせるたびに笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて歓迎されていると感じました。チェックアウトの際に少々トラブルがありましたが、男性スタッフは嫌な顔一つせず対応してくれました。
このホテルのおかげでサマルカンドの滞在が本当に素晴らしいものになりました。ありがとうございました！

Struttura nuovissima e pulitissima, camere molto belle e accoglienti. Personale gentile e preparato. A circa 20 minuti di camminata dal Registan.
La colazione era abbondante e ricca ma avrei inserito più opzioni per gli ospiti abituati a una colazione “continentale”.
