- Designated spaces are often available across from the unit, with overflow parking in marked areas.

- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Fresh towels and linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please keep all waste bagged and dispose of it in the in-ground canister near the driveway.

• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
