In a safe and quiet neighborhood, minutes from UD, Main Street, and Christiana hospital. Utilities included, with washer and dryer IN your apartment. Ideal for UD students/faculty or traveling nurses! Central air, fast internet, laptop workspace and more! Rest easy on your queen size Tempur-Pedic, fully adjustable and massaging bed.
NEWLY RENOVATED! The entire apartment has been fully renovated, with modern designs, updated stainless steel appliances and premium finishes. With utilities and internet included, full furnishings (including the kitchen), the only things you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, car (or bike) and computer. This fully furnished 1000 sq. ft. 1 bed 1 bath private apartment, is part of a 2 family house located on the lower level (basement). There is a giant window (egress style) in the living room, bringing vast amounts of natural light into the open space living area. Pleasant and quiet suburban neighborhood minutes from the University of Delaware, and approximately 15 minutes from Christiana hospital. Main street is down the road with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. You will be close to the fun but also a minutes walk from peaceful trails surrounded by nature. White Clay Creek State Park is 3 miles away for more hiking. Grocery store and shopping center is 4 minutes away and the largest mall in the State is 15 minutes away!!

Occasional Guests are allowed as long as it does not cause any issues with the upstairs tenants or neighbors.
***Guests MUST accompany friends/non-paying guests on property at all times. They are not allowed to be on property unless you are here with them. NEVER share your code or grant access to the property to anyone other than a paying guest.
Guests do not have access to :
1) Driveway parking (suburban street parking in front of house is free) 1 Vehicle per guest
2) Back porch/backyard
3) Shed
- Temp is set by owner at a comfortable temp
- Use of personal appliances is not allowed, no ev charging, mini fridge, air conditioning or heating units etc.
- No alterations are to be made to the property.
- No open flames, candles, incense etc.
- Do not place hot objects on the counter tops
