We stayed here for 4 nights for my daughter's AFA graduation. We're from Southen Cali and had friends & family from other states and overseas. It was just great with a fully equipped kitchen, which we needed to host and feed the friends & family that were staying with us. The upstairs and downstairs separation provided privacy between folks staying in the respective bedrooms. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had bathrooms, and there was another full one in the hallway upstairs, so enough to go around without feeling cramped at all for 7 of us that were staying.Maybe because of the time of year (end of May), it was kind of cold in the early morning and night. The bedroom downstairs had a manual heater, which helped. The bathroom downstairs; we couldn't find a plug to the bathtub, so there was no way we could take a bath. I didn't hear any complaints from other guests about the other bathrooms. The mattress/spring of the sofa bed wasn't the greatest though, probably due to the "oldness" of the sofa itself? Not broken or anything; a bit saggy and not firm, just not in a top notch condition anymore.We had a few more people over for dinner, which we were able to move around the furniture to make it happen. We did this very carefully ofc, both for setting up and after the dinner was finished.The outside back patio was pretty nice, so much potential. I would've loved to have enjoyed it more, but we had a busy schedule. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The house was in a good location, proximity wise and is a decent size. However, it is an older house and is VERY drafty…we bought a space heater to keep in one of the bedrooms because it go so cold. And, while the house is a decent size, there are a LOT of things everywhere…dishes, glasses, pots, books, dvds, etc, etc.
