Nestled in one of San Diego`s charming residential neighborhoods, this beautifully updated home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a peaceful setting for your extended stay. Whether you`re visiting for work, relocating, or simply looking to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer, you`ll be just a short drive from SDSU, Downtown, Balboa Park, beautiful beaches, and countless local restaurants and cafés.

- Minutes from San Diego State University (SDSU).
- Less than 3 miles to Grossmont Hospital, Juan Francisco Hospital, and
East Campus Medical Center at UC San Diego Health
- Approximately 15–20 minutes to Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Zoo.
- Easy access to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Coronado, and other popular coastal destinations.
- Close to local restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday essentials.
- Convenient access to major freeways for exploring all of San Diego.

- Filming or production work is not allowed.
We`re available throughout your stay if you need anything and look forward to hosting you in beautiful San Diego!
▪️ Shoes off upon entry.
▪️ Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
▪️ NO parties allowed.
▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($100 fee will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. $500 fee will apply)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.)
▪️ Guest must have valid working phone number, Any intent from a guest to establish tenancy, or overstay on the property longer than the agreed upon end date or without paying in advance is considered “criminal trespassing” and will be treated as such.
▪️ 3rd Party bookings are subject to additional fees. Please inquire before booking.
