The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, both drip and single-cup on-demand coffee makers, and counter seating for two. Nearby, a high-top table is positioned by the windows, while the main dining table comfortably seats up to eight for shared meals.



Step outside to the spacious deck, where tree-lined mountain and lake views provide the backdrop for every moment. Lounge seating offers a place to relax, while the outdoor dining table is ready for al fresco meals fresh off the grill. End the evening around the fire pit or unwind in the hammock, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the mountains.



This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a wood-burning fireplace, patio access and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity (located just outside the bathroom) and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed and a desk.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and patio access.



This home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, and another with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.

***Please Note: The property next door is an ADU (Unit B), which the owners may use from time to time. Parking is shared between both units, and owners may need to pass through the downstairs patio to access Unit B***

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. There is a gate at the entrance.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front gate and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the patio entrance,

o (3) located at the left side of the deck and actively monitoring the deck and lake areas,

o (4) located at the corner of unit B and actively monitoring the unit.
