The second bedroom and bathroom are in an open loft upstairs, accessible by a narrow, fairly steep staircase. The loft is a cozy, semi-private space that still feels connected to the rest of the home.

The property is a 10 minute drive from King Street in Boone. Downtown Blowing Rock is a 15 minute drive.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING BOOKING:

We want you to enjoy your time away and have a great experience at our cabin so please pay attention to the important property information below.

Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 10:00 am.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 4. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over and you will be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We strongly recommend trip insurance.

No late check-out or early check-in. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 21 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.

Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, etc., regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
