The private boat dock makes it easy to bring your canoe, kayak, paddleboards, and explore the bay right from the backyard. After a day on the water or at the beach, enjoy a drink or a meal on the back patio that overlooks the water.

The Hoagie House has two full bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and one with a spacious shower, providing plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a day of adventure.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, and the coffee area includes a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker. There is an orange crusher, an electric griddle, crab mallets, a tea kettle, and wine glasses. We love to cook, so we've equipped the kitchen with the tools and cookware we'd want in our own vacation home.
The cozy gas fireplace creates a warm atmosphere during cooler months, while central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable throughout the summer.
