SHITTY EXPERIENCE!

Location

No elevator, I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to my room.Room had no window.My night slept there was terrible with fan blowing hot air, no ventilation. Apparently Booking.com describe the room as " interior room", they should explictly describe it as " a room with no window" so we know exactly what we are getting! The customer service representative was rude and cut the phone on me when I asked to speak to his supervisor. I have arthritis, I am asmatic and have high blood pressure, I requested for a change of room with window , I was refused.I was told by DUKE HOST that Booking.com assigned the room to me. It was such a nightmare going back and forth with them, in the end I was told to cancel and leave the property. Which means I am stranded in Madrid , it is a busy weekend hotels are fully booked, I had to stay in a hostel. At least there they have a window! What an experience first time in Madrid!

Aunque el edificio fuese antiguo las instalaciones eran bastante modernas y todo estaba muy limpio

Sabiamos que compartíamos baño con otra habitación pero no que la cocina y zonas comunes se comparten con 5 habitaciones mas

Mi peor hospedaje en Madrid…

Que la chica de la limpieza era amable y estaba limpio

Que no nos advirtieron que no había ventana en la habitación y menos que la habitación estaría en un 5o piso y sin elevador, el cuarto era un horno y las sábanas parecían lijas, sin dudar no volveré nunca.

Rovinato!!!!

Posizione ottima ma consigliata a chi vuole stare nella folla e nel degrado della poca pulizia e odore di piscio dappertutto! Locali fatti apposta x i turisti con prezzi stragonfiati, meglio leggermente fuori dal centro.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla, porte che non erano sicure perché non erano porte ma legno scorrevole che avrei usato come divisorio, pulizia inesistente, cibo messo nel frigorifero in comune che puntualmente spariva, persone che alle sette del mattino andavano (in quella che loro chiamavano cucina ma che in realtà era l'ingresso) preparandosi la colazione e parlando a voce alta come fossero a casa loro. Pulizia inesistente come è inesistente la sicurezza. Noi ci abbiamo messo la faccia, l'organizzazione di questo osceno posto se hai problemi o devi semplicemente fare chiarezza su qualcosa, purtroppo non li vedrai mai xchè puoi parlare con loro solo in chat (assurdo) E che dire del televisore attaccato al muro di fronte al letto, che passando per andare dalla parte in cui dormivo, puntualmente mi graffiavo le spalle xchè lo spazio era pressappoco di 40cm. Potrei andare avanti parlando dei cuscini che non erano alti ma di più, praticamente non ho mai dormito! Consiglio... Se vi piace dormire in uno sgabuzzino cieco privo di luce naturale ok, altrimenti scappate! Noi non siamo potuti scappare xchè si prendono i soldi prima che voi arrivate, furbi. Ho scritto allo staff che in quello sgabuzzino non ci sarei rimasto una notte di più e ho proposto di pagare la prima notte più la penale, chiedendo la restituzione del denaro e la risposta è stata: Non è nella nostra politica!

El alojamiento estuvo bien, ordenado y estaba muy bien ubicado del centro. Relación calidad, precio y ubicación muy buenos.

Que al llegar tardaron algo en darnos el código de las llaves para entrar en la casa.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y útiles, tiene todo incluso pude lavar (gratis) lo cual fue muy importante para que la estancia fuera más cómoda !! Hay pocas habitaciones por piso, lo cual hace poco tráfico en las instalaciones y eso es muy cómodo ! Está nuevo y limpio la verdad súper !

No cuenta con aire acondicionado, tiene unos ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones que son útiles pero si hace mucho calor no son suficientes lo cual paso la primer noche y la verdad no pudimos dormir. Para solucionarlo; un ventilador de piso sería todo perfecto. 🤩
