Ideally located just minutes from the pristine Gulf beaches, local restaurants, charming boutiques, and island attractions, The Blue Haven puts the best of Anna Maria Island within easy reach. Whether you're searching for seashells along the shore, exploring the island by bike, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine by the pool, this inviting getaway is the perfect home base for your next vacation.

*Please note: Pool service is scheduled on Tuesdays and the pool technician will need to access the pool through the house.
PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs each for 2 dogs or 75lbs or less for one dog; 2 dog max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

We loved our stay. It was very clean. We were able to walk to the beach everyday. It was just a couple of blocks away. They had a wagon, a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet to use. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience. The communication back-and-forth with our host was seamless. The unit itself was decorated wonderfully, very clean and super comfortable. Although we were never able to use the pool because of the weather it did look very inviting. Overall our stay was wonderful. Great location.
