The apartment is newly refurbished, clean, new furniture, basic kitchen appliances, it is cosy, fast internet speed. Easy to find, 5 mins in proximity to restaurants, supermarkets. A vegan pizzeria is on the opposite side of the apartment window, you could even order a pizza from the apartment over the window looking into the street.
The only window is looking into the street, if you are not comfortable with pedestrians looking into the window and see you in the bed laying down you'll need to have the window shades almost always closed, otherwise you'll feel like you are on in the street.
