Wake up overlooking the 18th green of the Challenge Course, enjoy coffee on the patio, take a two-minute stroll to the neighborhood pool and hot tub, or end the evening around your private courtyard firepit.
COMFORTABLE & THOUGHTFULLY APPOINTED
The bright, open living space features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, coffee bar, dining area, fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and a 65” TV. Large windows showcase the golf course and surrounding mountains.
Both spacious bedrooms feature a king-size bed, 55” TV, bedside charging ports, and plenty of room to unpack. Two full bathrooms offer spacious showers, personal care products, extra-soft cotton towels, hair dryers, and dedicated makeup towels.
INDOOR-OUTDOOR DESERT LIVING
Step from the living room onto the patio for outdoor dining, lounge seating, and views of the 18th green and surrounding mountains. The private courtyard offers a second place to relax with a firepit, BBQ grill, and additional seating.
POOLS, HOT TUBS & COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES
Palm Valley Country Club features 46 neighborhood pools, each with its own hot tub. Palmhaven’s closest pool and hot tub are at the end of the cul-de-sac, just a two-minute walk away.
Guests can also enjoy the Junior Olympic lap pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. The Athletic Club, tennis courts, and pickleball courts are available for nominal daily or weekly guest fees.
