• Baking supplies, mixing bowls, utensils, and dinnerware

Smart lock keyless entry—no host interaction needed. Come and go freely during your stay. You’ll have access to the entire home, except for a locked owner/housekeeping closet in the garage.

Newer neighborhood less than 2 years old with friendly neighbors. No neighbors directly behind the house.
There is plenty of parking all around the house. 3 vehicles can be parked in the driveway and many more on the street.

• Quiet hours: 10pm–8am (please be respectful of neighbors)
• No parties or events (unless agreed)
• Pets allowed with prior approval (fenced backyard)
