The property accommodates up to 7 guests across the main house and two additional detached bedrooms. The main house features two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, welcoming living and dining areas and a cosy wood fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Prom.

Two additional detached bedrooms, accessed externally from the main house, provide extra sleeping accommodation and privacy for families or groups. This layout gives guests the benefit of generous sleeping space while retaining comfortable communal areas in the main house.

Step outside and enjoy the balcony dining area, outdoor setting and BBQ, whether it`s breakfast in the fresh coastal air or a relaxed evening meal after a day at the beach.

Sandy Point is a peaceful, family-friendly seaside community surrounded by spectacular coastline and native wildlife. Kangaroos, wombats, wallabies and native birdlife are regularly seen throughout the region, while beautiful Sandy Point Beach is only a short walk from your door.

Shallow Inlet is just a short drive away and is popular for swimming, fishing, boating, windsurfing and kiteboarding. The entrance to magnificent Wilsons Promontory National Park is approximately 20 minutes away, putting its pristine beaches, walking trails, wildlife and extraordinary landscapes within easy reach.

Venture a little further and discover Fish Creek and Foster, local cafés and restaurants, galleries, wineries including Waratah Hills Vineyard, Gurneys Cidery and the many attractions of the wider South Gippsland region.
