THE SPACE
The entire bungalow is yours — a king bed behind blackout curtains in the primary, a queen in the guest room, premium linens on both. Guests consistently call the beds and the whole home very comfortable; it's the single most repeated line in the reviews. The walk-in rainfall shower is the other one guests write about most.

Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels are already packed and waiting by the door — just grab them and go. Take the ferry five minutes away and skip the Anna Maria parking fight entirely, or drive to Bradenton Beach in fifteen. Come back sandy and tired; sand and swimsuits go straight into the in-home washer.

Then the backyard: big, fenced, string lights overhead, room for the kids to burn off whatever the beach didn't. It's shared with guests in the adjacent Studio — in two years of hosting, that's never been the thing anyone wishes were different.

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with a keypad, so arrive whenever the drive gets you here — no meeting anyone, no lockbox hunt. Private driveway parks two vehicles, which matters on this coast: a car is the right call for Anna Maria, Siesta Key, Sarasota and the airports, and street parking isn't something you should have to think about.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A quiet, established West Bradenton street, five minutes on foot to 28th Street Park — the kind of neighborhood where a family with young kids exhales a little. The white sand is close without the island price or the island crowds: Bradenton Beach 15 minutes, Manatee Beach 16, Coquina 20, and the Gulf Islands Ferry just 5 minutes away when the causeway backs up.

Everything else is closer than you'd guess: the Bradenton Riverwalk in 5 minutes, LECOM Park and Pirates spring training in 4, Bishop Museum of Science and Nature in 4, IMG Academy in 9, Ringling Museum and St. Armands Circle around 20. Siesta Key, Sarasota and Tampa are all an easy day, with two airports (SRQ, TPA) in reach.

Travel times are estimates and shift with season and traffic; February through April, add a little.
Bradenton has local compliance requirements for short-term rentals, so a signed rental agreement and ID verification are needed before arrival. We handle it through Happy Guest, which takes a few minutes and hands you a guest portal with door codes, house details, and our own list of where to eat, where the good sunset is, and which beach to pick on a busy Saturday.
