Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your stay and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes confirming your booking details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects the number of guests included in your booking. If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible, as additional charges may apply where the number of guests exceeds the included occupancy.
