• LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: Located on the 1st floor, we always make sure to keep it as fully stocked as possible with supplies. Right next to the kitchen is the half bathroom. The living room is spacious, with a dining table with 6 chairs (we also added a small work table in this area) and Smart TV 65". The internet is reliable, with a fast internet connection! Be sure to review the Amenities List to confirm that everything you need is available during your stay.

• LAUNDRY ROOM/HALF BATHROOM:
(Washer & Dryer). A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience and are located inside the half bathroom, right next to the kitchen. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided for your stay. We also provide a vacuum/mop in case you need it!

• 1ST BEDROOM UPSTAIRS:
Master Suite – The master suite is extremely spacious! Comfortable king bed, blackout curtains, and a private en-suite bathroom with a large tub. The room also includes a small walk-in closet, dresser, and a 42" Smart TV for your convenience and relaxation.

• 1ST BATHROOM:
Located inside Bedroom 1, this private bathroom has a large tub, 1 sink, and large counter space.

• 2ND BEDROOM UPSTAIRS:
This bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, and hanging space! It is right next to Bedroom 3 (and with some distance from the main bedroom).

• 2ND BATHROOM UPSTAIRS:
Located right next to the 1st bedroom, this full bathroom has a tub with a glass sliding door. We also have a hair dryer and amenities available.

• COVERED PATIO:
Access to the covered patio area, where we have seating space available. You can probably see from the patio the many deer that we have around the property, as they live freely inside the community. A grill is available for a $50 fee, which includes propane as well.

• PARKING:
We don’t have a reserved parking space, but there’s plenty of uncovered parking available in front of the house!

• PETS:
We are happy to welcome pets! Please note that a pet fee applies, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during the stay. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture at any time. Pet owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including on the patio. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
